About the Role

Our client is actively seeking an experienced In-House Legal Counsel with a strong focus on Regulatory Compliance for a fully remote position based in Scotland. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor in Scotland with a strong background in regulatory law or compliance.
• Demonstrable experience advising on UK and Scottish regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent understanding of risk management and corporate governance principles.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage complex compliance projects remotely.
