About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced In-house Legal Counsel specializing in Regulatory Compliance for a fully remote position. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a minimum of 5 years' experience, with a significant focus on regulatory compliance and corporate law.
• Strong understanding of UK regulatory landscapes (e.g., financial services, data protection, consumer protection).
• Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities effectively, and communicate complex legal issues clearly in a remote setting .
• Proficiency with virtual communication and document management tools.
