In-Reach Caseworker — Mental Health & Recovery Support

Middlesbrough Council is seeking a dedicated Caseworker to join our Mental Health In Reach Team on a permanent basis. The role involves supporting clients with substance use, domestic abuse, and homelessness, guiding recovery journeys, and coordinating referrals.
