In-Store Shift Lead - Customer Experience & Team Growth

Tesco UK is seeking a Shift Lead to join our store leadership team. You will be responsible for running daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting colleagues across departments.

In this role you’ll lead the team, resolve issues, and drive a positive, inclusive environment. You’ll work closely with the Manager and ensure shifts run smoothly with a strong focus on service standards and efficiency.
