Inbound Warehouse Team Lead (2pm–10pm Mon–Fri)

Kramp U.K. Ltd. in Biggleswade is seeking a Team Expert to support the inbound shift, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. You will lead small teams of logistics operators, coach colleagues, and drive improvements in processes while upholding safety and KPIs.

You'll have warehouse experience, forklift driving (training provided if needed), and strong communication. The role is Monday–Friday, 2pm–10pm, with no weekends, offering a competitive package and development opportunities.
