Inclusion & Safeguarding Lead — Part-Time, Remote UK

iO-Sphere — a data and AI training provider — seeks a part-time remote team member in the UK to own how inclusion actually works in practice. You’ll ensure every learner declaring a need gets an agreed adjustment, and you’ll drive follow-through with coaches, DSLs and safeguarding, closing each case with precision.

You will run ALS briefings, manage one-to-one follow-through, and maintain audit-ready Aptem records, all while protecting sensitive learner information with discretion and warmth.
