Kingsway Community Primary School is at the heartofour community, is for children aged between 4 to 11 years old, which issituated in Leamington Spa and is currently undergoing extensive renovation. Weare committedtocreating acaring and nurturing environment whereall children can flourish and show their truepotential.

Kingsway Community Primary School is part of theCommunity Academies Trust, a multi-academy trust with the express purpose oftransforming schools in community Hubs, through applying a holistic viewofeducation.

Theday to day role will consist of;

• Supportingpupils with their learning and striving for excellent educational outcomesforall pupils including those with SEND
• Liaise withoutside agencies for advice and support
• Work withpupils on a 1 to 1 and group basis depending on need
• Monitoring progressof pupils and assessing progress in a lesson
• Runningintervention groups
• Communicatingwell with colleagues about pupil progress
• Adaptingresources and the environment to meet the needs of the children

Our learners at Kingsway require someone to support their learning who can demonstrate:

• Excellent classroom practise includingdelivery of intervention groups
• Highest expectations of achievement andbehaviour
• Strong spoken / written English andnumeracy skills
• Experience of working with SEND pupils
• A passion for all children to achieve success
• Enthusiasm, creativity and make apositive contribution as part of our team

A Level 3 Qualificationor equivalent is essential, and working towards and experience in a primary school setting ispreferred.
