Inclusion Health Mental Health Nurse (0.6 PT, Pilot)

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Inclusion Health and Homelessness Mental Health Nurse (Band 6) to join a 0.6 FTE 12-month pilot in South Norfolk & Broadland. You will work within IHHT to provide compassionate, flexible care to people experiencing homelessness, supporting their recovery journey and collaboration with local authorities.

The role requires a current Nursing degree, registration, and a proactive, innovative mindset to overcome barriers to care.
