Solihull Alternative Provision Academy, part of the Solihull Alternative Provision Multi Academy Trust (SAPMAT) is an alternative provision where we provide innovative solutions for a number of students for whom mainstream education is simply not working (for a range of reasons). In our short lifetime thus far we have grown considerably and continue to expand as our provision evolves.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Inclusion Support Assistant to join our team at Solihull Alternative Provision Academy. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people who require additional support to succeed.

Working within our alternative provision, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils on a short-term basis-helping them engage positively with learning and successfully transition back into mainstream education or onward placements.

• Can build strong relationships and communicate effectively
• Is proactive and able to manage challenging situations positively
• Has experience in working with pupils with additional needs
