Academics are recruiting Inclusion Teaching Assistants to work in a supportive and welcoming primary school across Bracknell . Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
• Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and participation in school life
• Support children's emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
• Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and specialist staff to help pupils achieve their individual goals

Salary will be determined by the successful candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client's pay policy.
