Independent GBV Advocate for Black Femme Survivors (London)

HERSANA CIC in London seeks an Independent Gender-based Violence Advocate (IGVA) to support Black femmes who have experienced gender-based violence. The role is hybrid in London, 35 hours per week, with a fixed-term contract and opportunities to contribute to outreach and training initiatives.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, applying ISVA/IDVA principles and prioritising survivor safety, empowerment, and culturally specific support.
