Independent Living Support Worker - Person-Centred Care

We are looking for a warm, caring and motivated Support Worker to join our friendly staff team in Middlesbrough, Cleveland. As a Support Worker you will provide person-centred care and support to service users who live in their own flat or bungalow, helping them take part in everyday life and enjoy a wide range of activities.

You will use positive communication and engagement and demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the people we support.
