Independent Prescribing Clinical Pharmacist

Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a pharmacist to lead medicines optimisation, undertake clinical medication reviews, and provide expert medicines advice to practice teams and patients.

The post holder will act as an independent prescriber, reconcile medicines on discharge, manage long-term condition clinics, conduct audits, and contribute to safety and governance within the service.
