Independent Stock Condition Surveyor - Social Housing

Elevate Projects Ltd is recruiting experienced Stock Condition Surveyors to inspect social housing properties, including houses, flats and blocks. You will assess building components, identify defects and maintenance needs, and log data via tablet-based systems.

The role involves working across defined geographical areas, ensuring accuracy and safety while meeting deadlines in social housing environments. Prior experience and a full UK driving licence are preferred.
