Description
- Plan and deliver multi-channel fundraising campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Support donor acquisition, retention and development activities
- Manage supporter journeys to increase engagement and lifetime value
- Coordinate campaigns with internal teams, agencies and suppliers
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insight-led recommendations
- Manage budgets, expenditure and campaign reporting
- Ensure fundraising activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines
- Support continuous improvement through testing, learning and optimisation initiatives
Profile
- Experience in direct marketing, fundraising or campaign delivery
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet competing deadlines
- Strong copywriting skills across a range of channels and audiences
- Experience using data and campaign results to inform future activity
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of supporter acquisition, retention and engagement principles
- Strong organisational skills with a proactive and results-focused approach
- Numerate, detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality supporter experiences
Job Offer
Salary between 30,000 and 34,000 per year, dependent on the level of experience.
Permanent position based in London - 3 days in the office (Hybrid)
