About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, program, and commission PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for automated manufacturing equipment.
• Develop and implement automation strategies to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Troubleshoot and maintain existing automation systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to define automation requirements and project scopes.
• Stay abreast of emerging automation technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate.
• Ensure all automation projects comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in industrial automation, including PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley), HMI design, and SCADA systems.
• Solid understanding of robotic systems, servo drives, and motion control.
• Experience with network configuration and troubleshooting for industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
