LRQA is seeking a Business Development Manager - Assessment in Birmingham to win new logo assessment work and lead project-based opportunities. You will own the sales lifecycle from lead to contract, build senior-level relationships, and shape bids and tenders for margin-aligned outcomes.

Reporting to the UKI Head of Sales, the role focuses on market entry into priority Industrial markets, with uncapped commission and clear career progression into Senior BDM or Strategic Accounts.
