Job Description
Description We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Industrial Electrical Engineer to join our team at Mole Valley Farmers. If you have experience in electrical engineering within a manufacturing environment and want to take the next step in your career, this role offers the chance to make a real impact. You’ll help keep our feed mill running safely and efficiently, supporting British agriculture while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and reliability.

About The Role
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time
Hours of Work: 45 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment safely and efficiently
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs and routine servicing
- Supporting planned maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics
- Collaborating with colleagues to solve problems and share knowledge
- Promoting a strong safety culture and compliance with regulations
About You
- Previous experience in industrial electrical engineering within heavy manufacturing
- Familiarity with motor control equipment, electrical panels, and geared motors
- Experience with PLCs and fault-finding to component level
- Good working knowledge of current electrical standards and regulations
- City & Guilds qualification in electrical engineering - 18th Edition
- Strong IT and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a dusty, noisy, and physically demanding environment (reasonable adjustments available)
