Industrial Engineer - Automation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automated manufacturing systems, including robotic cells, conveyors, and control systems.
• Evaluate and select appropriate automation technologies and equipment to meet project objectives and budget constraints.
• Develop and execute testing and commissioning plans for new automated systems.
• Optimize existing automated processes for improved throughput, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of automation solutions.
• Develop and deliver training on the operation and maintenance of automated equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering with a strong focus on automation, robotics, and control systems.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting automated manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with PLC programming, SCADA systems, and various robotic platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts and smart manufacturing technologies is highly desirable.
