Industrial Engineer - Continuous Improvement

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and operational processes.
• Utilize lean manufacturing tools and methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S) to identify and eliminate waste.
• Analyze process data to identify trends, root causes of problems, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement action plans for process enhancements, ensuring successful adoption and sustainability.
• Train and mentor employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles and techniques.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and report on progress towards operational excellence goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in an industrial engineering role with a strong focus on continuous improvement and lean methodologies.
• Proven experience in facilitating Kaizen events and driving lean transformations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify root causes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management principles is a plus.
