Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in industrial engineering with a focus on process automation and efficiency improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing automated manufacturing solutions.
- Proficiency with PLC programming concepts and robotics integration is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork.
