About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing operational efficiency and productivity across the organization.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of industrial processes, supply chains, and operational workflows to identify key areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Champion the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other continuous improvement frameworks.
- Utilize advanced data analytics, simulation, and modeling techniques to predict process performance and validate proposed solutions.
- Collaborate closely with site-based teams and management, providing expert guidance and support for the implementation of efficiency improvements, primarily through virtual channels.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track progress, measure impact, and communicate key efficiency metrics effectively to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
- A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency and process optimization.
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and other process improvement methodologies.
- Proven experience in leading complex, cross-functional projects and driving significant operational change.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and process simulation software.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and lead remotely.
