Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize production processes, workflows, and resource allocation across multiple plant locations.

• Utilize lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to identify and eliminate waste and inefficiencies.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and performance metrics.
• Collaborate remotely with plant managers, engineering teams, and operational staff to drive implementation and adoption of improvements.
• Conduct virtual site assessments and provide actionable recommendations for operational enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in industrial engineering , with a strong background in plant operations and process improvement.
• Proven expertise in lean manufacturing , Six Sigma, and various continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong technical proficiency with simulation, data analysis, and project management software.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, adept at working effectively with dispersed teams.
