Industrial Engineer - Process Design

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop efficient and effective operational processes and workflows from concept to implementation.
• Analyze requirements and specifications to create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and system designs.
• Utilize simulation software and modeling techniques to test and validate process designs before deployment.
• Identify opportunities to integrate automation and technology into new and existing processes.
• Develop and maintain process documentation , including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather input and ensure successful process adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering with a focus on process design and development.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and simulation software.
• Strong understanding of lean principles and their application in process design.
• Experience working effectively in a distributed or remote team environment .
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
