Industrial Engineer - Process Improvement

About the Role

You will be responsible for analyzing existing processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and implementing sustainable solutions using lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of current operational processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks.
• Apply lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Develop visual management tools, standard work instructions, and best practice guidelines.
• Measure and track the performance of implemented improvements to ensure sustained gains.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, preferably within a manufacturing or logistics setting.
• Demonstrated understanding of lean tools (e.g., VSM, Kaizen) and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with all levels of staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
