Industrial Engineer - Process Optimization

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing production and business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing techniques , 5S, Kaizen events, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Utilize data analytics and simulation tools to model process changes and predict outcomes.
• Design and document standardized work procedures and training materials.
• Collaborate with remote teams to implement process changes and ensure successful adoption.
• Monitor and report on the performance of implemented improvements, ensuring sustained gains.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in an industrial engineering or process improvement role.
• Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma tools, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Minitab) and process mapping tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively and independently in a fully remote setting.
