About the Role

You will be a key member of the operations team, responsible for driving efficiency improvements, reducing waste, and enhancing overall productivity across manufacturing and logistics functions. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending practical solutions for improvement.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S, Kanban, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
• Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflows and resource allocation.
• Support the design and layout of new production lines or facility modifications.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, cost, and quality, reporting on trends and progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in an industrial engineering role, with a focus on process improvement.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
