About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end supply chain operations, including inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and order fulfillment.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain.
• Design and implement improved processes and systems to optimize flow, reduce lead times, and minimize inventory holding costs.
• Develop and utilize data analysis tools and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure supply chain effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners (suppliers, logistics providers) to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement lean principles within warehousing and distribution to improve material flow and reduce waste.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or supply chain analysis, with a focus on logistics and operations.
• Solid understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management techniques, and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in data analysis and modeling tools, such as Excel, SQL, or specialized supply chain software.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
