About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and analytical Industrial Engineer with a specialization in supply chain optimization to join their operations team in Oxford . This role is essential for enhancing the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability of our supply chain network. You will be responsible for analyzing complex logistical data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing strategic improvements across warehousing, transportation, and inventory management. This position offers a challenging opportunity to apply industrial engineering principles in a critical business function, working closely with procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams to drive tangible results in Oxfordshire .
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and map current supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and areas for improvement.

- Utilize simulation modeling and data analytics to evaluate the impact of proposed supply chain changes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Supply Chain Management, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience in supply chain analysis, logistics optimization, or operations management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) and optimization software.
- Knowledge of warehousing best practices, transportation management, and inventory control systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
