Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current supply chain processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop data-driven solutions for improvement.
• Design and implement optimized logistics networks, inventory strategies, and material flow systems.
• Utilize simulation and modeling tools to test and validate supply chain improvements before implementation.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain enhancements.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a specialization in supply chain and logistics optimization.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles , inventory management, and network design.
• Proficiency in relevant software such as ERP systems, WMS, TMS, and simulation/optimization tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
