Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing operational systems, including production processes, material flow, and information systems, to identify inefficiencies.

• Apply lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste, improve quality, and increase throughput.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, control plans, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless implementation of system improvements.
• Monitor system performance using key metrics and provide regular reports on findings and recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on systems analysis and optimization.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing or related continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with process simulation software and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
