About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes, workflows, and equipment utilization to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing techniques, such as 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping.
• Design efficient factory layouts and material handling systems to improve workflow and reduce cycle times.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and management teams to implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and performance metrics.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, ensuring smooth and continuous operation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in an industrial engineering or process improvement role.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis.
• Experience with CAD software and simulation tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
