Key Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing operations to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in workflow and resource utilization.

• Conduct time studies and workstation analyses to optimize ergonomics and productivity.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and team members to ensure effective implementation of changes.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational efficiency and cost savings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in an industrial engineering or manufacturing support role.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools.
• Familiarity with process mapping and data analysis techniques.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
