Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing production processes, workflows, and layouts to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement new manufacturing processes, systems, and equipment to enhance productivity and quality.
• Develop and utilize statistical models and data analysis techniques to support decision-making.
• Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and management, to implement process changes.
• Conduct time and motion studies to optimize resource utilization and worker efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Industrial Engineer or in a similar process optimization role within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in process simulation software, CAD, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for successful remote collaboration.
