Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process changes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with production staff to troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency and output.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Previous experience in an industrial engineering or manufacturing support role.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and tools.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and process mapping.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
