Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production data and processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes, layouts, and systems.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve workflow.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance, to implement process changes.
• Evaluate and recommend new equipment and technologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Industrial Engineering role within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in CAD software for layout design and process flow diagrams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
