Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production schedules and capacity to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
• Implement lean manufacturing tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with production staff to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
• Assist in the design and layout of new production lines or facility modifications.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 2-4 years of practical experience in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and process modeling.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
