Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Industrial Engineer to join their manufacturing operations team in Coventry . Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to increase efficiency and throughput.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
• Participate in Lean Six Sigma projects to reduce waste and improve process capability.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.
• Design and implement ergonomic improvements in the workplace to enhance employee safety and comfort.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Proven experience as an Industrial Engineer , preferably within a manufacturing setting.
• Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
