Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate existing production methods, machinery, and equipment to identify areas for improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new processes and systems to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Conduct time studies and workflow analyses to streamline operations and establish performance metrics.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for operational staff.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing initiatives and reduce waste.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
• Proven experience as an Industrial Engineer or in a similar role focused on process improvement.
• Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles and statistical process control (SPC).
• Proficiency in using analytical and process simulation software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear reporting and team collaboration.
