Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of industrial engineers to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive engineering strategies for process optimization, capacity planning, and resource allocation.

- Drive the adoption of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and advanced data analytics across the operation.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with at least 4 years in a management or leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex engineering projects and transforming operational performance.
- Deep expertise in lean manufacturing , Six Sigma (Black Belt required), supply chain management, and project management methodologies.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical reasoning, and decision-making abilities.
