Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with at least 4 years in a management or leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex engineering projects and transforming operational performance.
• Deep expertise in lean manufacturing , Six Sigma (Black Belt required), supply chain management, and project management methodologies.
