Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of industrial engineers to achieve departmental goals.

• Ensure adherence to Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles across all operations.
• Collaborate with senior management to align industrial engineering initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies.
• Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote/on-site environment.
