Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of leading successful process improvement projects and managing engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in lean manufacturing , Six Sigma, supply chain optimization, and operations research.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote leadership capacity.
