Industrial Engineering Manager

About the Role

Our client is searching for a strategic and results-oriented Industrial Engineering Manager to lead their dedicated engineering team. This fully remote position will focus on setting the vision and direction for operational efficiency improvements across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and reduce costs, while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement among your team. This is a key leadership role for an experienced professional who excels at managing remote teams and driving significant operational change.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for industrial engineering initiatives that align with company objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of industrial engineers, ensuring effective project execution and professional growth.
• Oversee the analysis of complex operational data to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and cost savings.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency, productivity, and quality across all relevant departments.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define operational goals and present strategic recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies in all engineered solutions and implemented processes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering , Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in industrial engineering , with a minimum of 5 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale operational improvement projects.
• Deep understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience managing and motivating remote teams effectively.
