Industrial Field Service Engineer - Refrigeration & F-Gas

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Field Service Engineer (Industrial) to service and maintain a range of industrial air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The role covers South London and surrounding areas, with a company van and funded F-Gas training, plus progression opportunities.

The position is field-based in Crawley, with standard hours Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5pm, and a strong emphasis on training and career development within a growing company.
