About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and design industrial processes, optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency and minimal waste.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create detailed process documentation, including flow charts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
• Utilize simulation and modeling tools to test and refine process designs before implementation.
• Collaborate virtually with site operations teams to gather data, provide support, and ensure successful implementation of process changes.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned processes and identify areas for further optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in industrial process engineering or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
