Industrial Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse production processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop data-driven strategies for enhancement.
• Implement and manage Lean Manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and improve workflow.
• Design and optimise factory layouts and material handling systems for maximum efficiency.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Research and recommend new technologies and equipment to improve manufacturing capabilities.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in an industrial engineering or process engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing , Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and statistical analysis.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
