Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial engineering or process engineering.
- Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, VSM).
- Proficiency with process mapping software and data analysis techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
