Industrial Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing industrial processes, identifying inefficiencies, waste, and opportunities for improvement through detailed data collection and analysis.
• Design and implement optimized process flows, production layouts, and material handling systems.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, and performance metrics.
• Utilize simulation and modeling tools to test and validate proposed process changes before implementation.
• Collaborate effectively with remote engineering, production, and management teams to achieve project goals.
• Monitor the performance of implemented processes and make data-driven adjustments to ensure sustained improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in an industrial process engineering role.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic) and statistical analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and remote communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
