Industrial Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate current manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for optimization.
• Design and implement process improvements utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
• Collaborate with production staff and management to troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment and production systems.
• Monitor production output, quality metrics, and efficiency data, reporting on performance trends.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in an industrial engineering or process engineering capacity.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing plant environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
