Industrial Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Design, test, and implement new process improvements and operational procedures.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Participate in the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Industrial Engineer or Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
• Proficiency in process analysis, data collection, and basic statistical analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to identifying root causes.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities, essential for working with production staff.
